We serve more because our communities deserve more. FACTS.

The best way we can serve our residents is by being responsive to their concerns and anticipating their needs. This is our motif. We are servants first, stewards second, and visionaries third. Each member of our team is urged to offer the highest level of service. We encourage them to go above and beyond to make our residents feel valued.

Gratitude!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing experience we had today. It truly was a positive experience, and both my neighbors and family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I was unable to capture pictures of everything; I was trying to keep up with the kids and the giveaways!!

Event recap

Resident Appreciation Party

We recently held our inaugural Resident Appreciation Day Party to show appreciation to our most valuable stakeholders, our residents.

The event brought together families from every PHA community for a day filled with joy, connection, and celebration. The day was packed with activities. These ranged from bounce houses and spa services to live music and free food. There were also prize raffles, including rent credits and a 75” TV. All activities were designed to honor the people at the heart of our mission.

We also recognized outstanding residents for their personal achievements and contributions to their communities. It was a powerful reminder that public housing is not just about buildings—it’s about people, pride, and progress.

Thank you to every resident, volunteer, partner, and staff member who made the day a success. We’re already looking ahead to next year’s celebration!
