Who We Are

The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) is more than housing—we’re building pathways to stability, opportunity, and generational wealth. Serving families across Palatka, Crescent City, East Palatka, Interlachen, Pomona Park, San Mateo, Satsuma, and Welaka, we provide quality housing and programs that empower residents to thrive.

Through our Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs, we currently manage 422 public housing units and administer over 400 vouchers—but our work extends far beyond bricks and mortar. We are re-imagining housing as a launchpad for community building, financial resilience, and long-term success.

Our Leadership

PHA’s vision is guided by forward-thinking leadership committed to transforming what a housing authority can be. Under the direction of our President & CEO, Casey “Oche” Bridgeford, we are pursuing bold strategies that connect residents to wealth-building opportunities, innovative partnerships, and community revitalization efforts.

Our Mission

We are committed to providing safe, stable, and affordable housing to families, seniors, and individuals across Putnam County, Florida. But we go further—leveraging housing as a core building block for creating wealth, stability, and long-term success.
