The Palatka Housing Authority (PHA) manages hundreds of units across Putnam at no cost to our residents. However, for tenant-caused damages to a unit, we will charge the average standard rate during regular maintenance hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM, excluding PHA-recognized holidays when the offices are closed. Overtime rates will be charged for any work performed outside regular maintenance hours.

Standard Hourly Rate: $40.00/HR
Overtime Hourly Rate: $60.00/HR

Most labor charges will be billed at a minimum of half an hour (30 minutes) at $20 for standard labor. Work exceeding 30 minutes will be computed at a fraction of the hourly rate. Any materials supplied by the PHA will be charged to the resident.
