Hold a valid driver’s license. Be capable of operating office equipment such as calculators, copy machines, faxes, and computers. Establish and maintain excellent working communication with residents, staff, vendors, contractors, and the public. Have the ability to work with little supervision and in an independent manner. Consistently uses sound judgment in buying practices and the prioritization of work orders (i.e. emergency vs. non-emergency).
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School graduate or equivalent with two (2) years experience. One-year experience in inventory management. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as determined acceptable by the Executive Director.
